Jesse Bender is a Vice President at Nationwide Search Group, LLC. His experience as a Human Resources professional allows him to quickly diagnose a clients needs and develop profiles for success in various corporate cultures. Additionally, this experience has given him the ability to ask the tough questions to candidates to assess their history and motivation.

Jesse serves clients in the medical device industry, able to locate both sales and marketing professionals. He has successfully completed search assignments in many different areas of this marketplace, from Information Systems and consulting to capital equipment to devices and disposable products. Throughout these projects, he has located and matched sales and marketing professionals at all levels. Clients engage Jesse to build and rebuild sales forces, as well as to replace top talent.

In addition to his success in the searches mentioned above, Jesse has been successful in partnering with clients to locate Corporate and Strategic Accounts professionals. He has also executed searches for clinical support and research positions.

Previously Jesse was with Draeger Medical, Inc., where he managed all Human Resources functions relating to the Sales, Marketing and Clinical support teams. He successfully managed large scale recruiting efforts and dramatic changes in compensation planning and administration. In this role, Jesse was responsible for assessing every sales, marketing and clinical support person that interviewed with the company. While at Draeger, the revenue doubled within three years.

Jesse gained extensive industry experience while with St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia. He was responsible for all staffing throughout the hospital and its clinics. This experience introduced him to the many facets of the healthcare marketplace. He began his corporate career as a Search Consultant with Nurses Rx, concentrating on staffing for major healthcare institutions across the country.

A graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Jesse earned a degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Ethnic Studies. He is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
