Erick Hinz

Erick Hinz joined Nationwide Search Group in 2012 after two and a half years of medical sales with Lincare where he focused on selling respiratory equipment to hospital systems and family practice clinics in South Central Wisconsin. Erick worked with a variety of divisions in the medical industry including Pulmonology, Cardiology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. Prior to Lincare, Erick worked for Aerotek for three years, which is one of the top recruiting firms in the country. Erick started off as a recruiter and moved his way to Account Manager where he learned how to seek out candidates with specific skill sets for his clients.

Erick's combination of recruiting and medical sales background gives him the ability to understand what skill sets his clients are looking for and how to properly screen potential candidates for their openings. Because of this and his relentless pursuit of qualified candidates, Erick grows strong, trustworthy relationships with his clients.

Erick received his Bachelor's Degree from The University of Wisconsin La Crosse where he studied Business and Marketing. Erick currently resides in Southeastern Wisconsin where he enjoys playing golf and basketball. He's an avid hunter with his family and friends in Northern Wisconsin and has a great passion for the Packers, Brewers and North Carolina basketball.
